Please note the following, important information regarding the impacts of the upcoming Chinese New Year holidays on the shipping of your orders:
While our factory team will only be on holidays for the core week of the New Year celebrations (February 10th to February 17th), the majority of logistics companies and official offices required to transport and process your shipments will remain closed for at least another week (until February 24th), so we won't be able to ship your goods during those two weeks.
On top of that, please expect slight delays in the transportation and export customs processing in the two weeks leading up to and following the holidays, as both are traditionally facing high parcel volumes (and backlog after the holidays). Also, please be aware that the tracking updates from our domestic shipping partners (relaying the DHL/FedEx info to us) might also be delayed (the parcels are moving regardless of that).
Please place any orders that you want shipped before the holidays as soon as possible and rest assured that we will try to get your goods to you as fast as the situation allows.
Any orders placed during the holidays will be prepared already and shipped as soon as the shipping companies return.
