Can I track my order / parcel?

You can track the status of your shipment on it's way from Hong Kong to it's target destination via the tracking system of the indicated courier service (usually FedEx).

Due to the nature of shipping from Mainland China, all parcels get transported to Hong Kong for international export first by domestic shipping partner (this usually takes 1-3 days). The (international) tracking number for your order is only created at the courier's dropoff in HK and reported back to us once export has cleared. At that time we will update your order information with the tracking number and carrier identification (you will also be notified via email) and you will be able to track the delivery of your order.

Please note that it might take a couple days for us to receive the tracking number and update your order acordingly. Your parcel is on it's way already nevertheless and will usually arrive within only 2-4 workdays after being processed Hong Kong.
